You forgot the most important piece – consult with a registered investment representative to discuss the technical aspects of the stock. Find a representative you are comfortable with and trust. Make sure the rep is listening to you and your goals, not a “stock jockey” looking to make a buck and you will not regret the conversation. Best of all – the conversation is probably free!
And after you have done your independent research, don’t forget to speak with a registered investment representative.
