I’m getting back on the train, and you calling me out is EXACTLY what fatblogging.com(TM) is all about: support, frustration, and fighting the good fight. Today I dipped below 188 for the first time in years… 187.8 after doing a 60 minutes on the treadmill.
I’ve decided that I’m gonna have to start recording my caloric intake if I’m really gonna take this to the next level. I’m gonna also have daily lunch include steamed veggies–every single day. That’s it. Every day some steamed veggies at lunch… even just a couple of pieces can help fill ya up I’m learning.
