Congrats to JJ for being less fat thanks for FatBlogging (TM).
I was 189 pounds today myself… down from 207 pounds a year ago and 197/98 at the start of the year.
I’ve got a new policy I’ve been rocking: stay on the treadmill for 500 calories. I’m finding that the long workouts are the best workouts for me. So, even if I only do 3-4 workouts a week I want them REALLY count.
