Ummmmm… what the frack with my weight?!?! I was 194 and 192.5 the past two days and today I wake up and get 191 on the scale. I take my weight two more times, move the scale to different parts of the room, and get 190.8. I know that weight shifts around, and truth be told I took the 194 weight later in the day the other day, so maybe this isn’t such a big deal.
Anyway, I broke my 10 minute rule in the second day… grrr…………………..
I came home last night and couldn’t stand after dinner. I watched ROME and feel asleep by minute 30. I’m gonna dump myself on the treadmill today and try to get something going.
I think I’m going to hire a trainer for once a week….
Anyway, I’m eating better and I think that’s the key. I’m getting back to fish and salad. I find if I can put together 2-3 days of fish and salad I really get light on my feet.
