Feel back from the 190.8 record yesterday… but I have been drinking a lot of water/green tea/propel.

Did two great runs (not walks) the last two days for 20-25 minutes each instead of doing the long power walks/jobs for 40-60 minutes. I’m sure that didn’t help the short term weight.

Live to fight another day (as in today). As long as I see 189 this month I’m happy.
