Not a bad day today… 190.6!
Did a quick 20 minute power run (as in big incline and interval pace) since I didn’t have time for a long one, and I ate a very healthy fish + veggie lunch with Dana Harris from Variety.com today (very smart lady fyi).
Gonna try to eat some healthy Korean food tonight and do a nice 60 minute walk/run tomorrow…. live to fight another day.
Thanks to everyone for giving me tips in the comments. Would love it if more folks would join me in “fatblogging” so we can keep the conversation going. I’ve been learning a lot and it seems like information is really the cure to being fat.
