I love Marc. He is so right… I’m watching the transformation of AOL from a membership-based business to an audience-based (read: free, ad supported) business from the inside and it is a fascinating thing to be part of.

It’s like moving from thousands of years of socialism to democracy–in 18 months. Wow… I think I finally have my analogy!
