Previously on “you should follow”

April 8th/9th 2008: @mediaeater of trendrr.com
April 10th 2008: Danny Sullivan of Search Engine Land

Here’s the “Jason Nation” effect:

Seems like we add about 300-400 followers each time we do this by the charts below. I started telling folks to follow mediaeater/Mark Ghuneim on the 7th/8th and Danny on the 9th/10th–both had nice jumps. I wonder if we could add 500 followers each time?!?!

Toro, a bulldog

Hello. My name is Jason.
I'm the CEO of Mahalo.com, a human powered search engine. I was previously the co-founder of Weblogs, Inc. with Brian Alvey, and the GM of Netscape.

I'm currently on the board of social shopping site ThisNext. You might remember me from my days as editor and CEO of the Silicon Alley Reporter magazine.

Mike Arrington and I partnered on the TechCrunch40 event in September. We're going to do it again next year.

This is my blog, this is where I live. You should also listen to my podcast.
