I got to taste this deep fried turkey at Mahalo last week… it was AMAZING!

Also, check out the popup facts on the video we added. Thoughts? I love them. Finally, make sure you check out the turkey explosion video in the video. It’s VERY dangerous to deep fry a turkey. It’s NOT to be done inside your house or anywhere near a house in fact. Also, the turkey can’t be frozen or wet or it will.. wait for it… EXPLODE! Also, if the oil over flows it will catch on fire.

VERY DANGEROUS… DON’T DO THIS WITHOUT SERIOUS PREP.
