Voting machine problems

Drop everything and watch this stunning Dan Rather report on Voting Machines…. this is what journalism is about and what Mark Cuban’s doing with these long-form, well-researched reports in stunning high-def is really groundbreaking in how old-school it is.

This is the future of journalism: indie media outlets spending the money to do long-form important journalism. This gives me some hope for the press… if I was serious journalist I would be starting brands with folks like Cuban. I mean, Dan Rather could NEVER do this kind of reporting on CBS…. heck, they wouldn’t let Ted Turner do this kind of journalism on CNN after he sold it to TimeWarner.

The only place I can think of doing this level of journalism is maybe PBS or the BBC. Well done Dan and Mark!
