We got in early to Barcelona today and had time to walk around while our room was being prepared. After a couple of cortados (my favorite coffee drink) we walked past the Casa Batllo (http://www.casabatllo.es) which is right around the corner from our hotel. They had just opened so we did the tour–amazing. You’ve never seen anything like this in term of design.

The Wikipedia page is comprehensive.

We think we’re gonna hit the Boqueria market for some food and call it a night…. Monday night is the blogger dinner at 9pm. Details to follow… Julio from Weblogs SL setup a nice restaurant.

I only pick up numbers I recognize, and in terms of emailing me, the best strategy is to write short, blunt and to the point requests. I can quickly respond to short messages, and many times I simply don't have the time to read five page pitches. In terms of taking meetings, I only do that after reviewing an actual product (not a business plan). So, the best time to ping me is when you have mockups or an alpha site. I don't read business plans, and I've never written one.
