191

I’ve been running/walking half as much, but doing a bunch of strength work with machines and the medicine ball over the past week or so. My weight has stayed at 191 for like a week after dipping to 189/190 for a couple of days.

However, my clothes are really starting to feel different. I was busting out of 36″ jeans in January, and I went to the AX store the other day and 36″ pants were falling off me and 34″ were a little too tight. So, I think I’m a 35″ right now, down from a 37/38 peak. I used to rock 32″ jeans in the marathon days.

Anyway, I wish I could share videos of my medicine ball work outs with you guys, but I don’t want to give Gawker/Valleywag any more fodder than they already have. :)

Oh yeah, we’re taping CalacanisCast with Ted from PayPerPost later today. Should be fun. I declined to be on RockStartup (his reality TV show) since a) I don’t want to be in their marketing materials and b) I don’t want a video crew running around project X.

That being said I’m looking forward to a constructive discussion with Ted. I’m hoping I can bring him back from the Dark Side.
