It’s been a great week or so of fatblogging for Jason… I’ve been steady at 190/191 for a week now and feeling great. Instead of looking at my bottom weight (which today is a record), I’ve been looking at my top weight over the past week and comparing that to my top weight a month and two months ago. My top weight of late has been 194, and a month or two ago my top weight was 197-200.

I really want to hit 185 in the next month, but I’m not sure that will happen. The poundage is coming off slower now. So, I’m not worrying about the weight, and focusing on the diet and working out. Although seeing 189 tomorrow would be very cool.
