I’m going to try and add some core exercises to my fatblogging.com (TM) routine this week… I was reading on FitSugar about some movie doing something called the Russian Twist so I Google/YouTubed it and found a bunch of videos…. this looks hard!

I'm the CEO of Mahalo.com, a human powered search engine. I was previously the co-founder of Weblogs, Inc. with Brian Alvey, and the GM of Netscape.
