Full time researchers in Los Angeles

I’m working on a couple of research projects right now and I need two full-time researchers to work with me here in Los Angeles.

Basically I just need web-savvy folks who can collect, clean, and present information (think: in spreadsheets/powerpoint) across a range of topics that I’m working on. Being able to do basic statistics is great, but you don’t need an MBA or anything. You just need to know what’s going on with the web, track the news, and be able to find stuff quickly. You need to be self motivated and know how to take the ball and run with it quickly.

If you’re available for the next three months let me know with an email to jason at calacanis dot com.

Toro, a bulldog

Hello. My name is Jason.
I'm the CEO of Mahalo.com, a human powered search engine. I was previously the co-founder of Weblogs, Inc. with Brian Alvey, and the GM of Netscape.

I'm currently on the board of social shopping site ThisNext. You might remember me from my days as editor and CEO of the Silicon Alley Reporter magazine.

Mike Arrington and I partnered on the TechCrunch40 event in September. We're going to do it again next year.

This is my blog, this is where I live. You should also listen to my podcast.
