WSJ: British Airways risks lives for ~$300,000 (or “My first Wikipedia page.”)

After reading a story in the WSJ about a British Airways flight having an engine erupt in flames after take off and deciding to fly ‘As Far as We Can’ instead of landing the plane I submitted the story to Netscape (under the sbotd tag: scumbag of the day) and checked the Wikipedia for facts on the flight.

It turns out no one ever added the page so, I give you, the first page I’ve ever created in Wikipedia (i’ve edited many):

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Airways_Flight_268

I hope the Netscape Anchors do some MetaJournalism on this one…
