New Netscape Feature: Web-based IM/messages

The crack tech-team lead by my partner Brian and our new-star Alex, added a really slick MySpace message like feature to Netscape. Now you can send messages to folks who you have on your friends list (they have to have you too).

Should we open this up and let anyone send anyone a message? I think that would be cool provided we don’t let folks end more than 10-20 messages to people they don’t know a day, and we let folks ban people from contacting them.

the only problem I see is that i didn’t get alerts when these folks messaged me.
