Everyone @ AOL will have a blog.

Rule #1: talk to your customers.

AOL is doing it more and more every day.

The Greenhouse blog is now launched: http://greenhouse.aol.com/

Bonus: The AIMBlog is tunning in to my AIM gripes–and talking about it! My advice: let’s bring the issues into the light and kill them!

On that note, I’ve got to start a list of all the amazing open things that have happened in the past six months at AOL:

1. Acquisition of WIN.
2. AIM Pages supports everything: RSS, YouTube, Flickr, etc.
3. MapQuests opens API
4. AIM opens up API
5. Bloggingstocks.

Toro, a bulldog

Hello. My name is Jason.
I'm the CEO of Mahalo.com, a human powered search engine. I was previously the co-founder of Weblogs, Inc. with Brian Alvey, and the GM of Netscape.

I'm currently on the board of social shopping site ThisNext. You might remember me from my days as editor and CEO of the Silicon Alley Reporter magazine.

Mike Arrington and I partnered on the TechCrunch40 event in September. We're going to do it again next year.

This is my blog, this is where I live. You should also listen to my podcast.
